Job Purpose: Developing RBN Institutional repository will support RBN to have all working documents in a centralized place for future use will help our employees’ productivity and efficiency.
Key Accountabilities (not all-inclusive):
- Support the coordination of the Information and Knowledge Management Focal Points (IKM FPs) network: scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, organizing speakers, drafting meeting summaries.
- Work with RBN’s IKM FPs to organize, and classify documents in collaboration with content owners (units, sections, teams) by using WFP guidelines
- Guide IKM FPs and RBN staff on how to use WFP Communities in Yammer for information and knowledge sharing
- When necessary, work with the Technology unit to carry out training sessions on how to use Microsoft Office tools effectively (TEAMS, OUTLOOK, SHAREPOINT)
- Support the KM workstream to organize and facilitate knowledge events such as knowledge cafés, Insights sessions, and Brownbag sessions: scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, organizing speakers, drafting meeting summaries.
- Provide support to the KM workstream in conducting training on Knowledge Management
- Support the PCM unit to carry out onboarding sessions for new staff
- Produce monthly analytics of usage of the WFP Communities platform in Yammer
- Produce engagement analytics of RBN’s knowledge events
- Other tasks as may be required
Qualification & Experience:
- Currently enrolled with at least two years undergraduate studies completed, or recently graduated (within the last year) in Information science; Knowledge management; Information technology, or a related field
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate of an advanced university degree (Masters or equivalent) highly regarded
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of Database; Good knowledge of Office 365.
